PARTNERSHIP GRANT

Aim:
– Researchers who received international and industrial research funds from international institutions/agencies or national/international industries
– Carry out R&D projects that can contribute to the discovery of new ideas and the advancement of knowledge in applied sciences, focusing on high impact and innovative research.
– Incentive and awarded as a separate grant to researchers who have successfully secured international/industrial research funds.

Aim:
To contribute to the evidence base that is necessary for the nation to optimize on the advancements made in the deployment of communications infrastructure and service. This will in turn inform policy, programmes and interventions aimed at promoting the inclusion and participation of all segments of the population as the nation transitions towards being a fully digitally connected and informed society.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT FUND (MOSTI R&D FUND)

Aim:
Open to businesses and researchers interested in obtaining fund to carry out projects for economic growth and societal benefit. Proposed projects must be at least at Proof of Concept (POC) level; it must be well designed, scientifically valid, and competitive with current technologies and research works. The project output shall be new products, processes or systems by which value can be created for customers, businesses and society.

to enhance mutual understanding between Asian countries and Japan through promoting research projects in the field of the social sciences or humanities that are related to Japan.
