Please be informed that as of 24 Jan 2017, all medical ethics approval applications to the Faculty of Dentistry Medical Ethics Committee (FDMEC) have to be done ONLINE.
It can be accessed through the website UMPortal and applications can only be made by the academic staff of the Faculty of Dentistry. Attached is the flowchart of the application process (Appendix 1) for your reference.
