3 D Cora graf scaffold containing PLAGA microsphere loaded with potent mitogen. Human bone marrow stromal cells were seed on the scaffold. The fibroblast cells on the scaffold confirms that 3D-Cora graf-PLGA microsphere culture system was non-toxic and provide physiological environment for the cell to attachment. The protocol was designed by Associate Prof. H. Balaji raghavendran and work executed by research assistant Saktiswaren Mohan under the guidance of Prof.Tunku Kamarul, Tissue engineering group, NOCERAL, Faculty of Medicine, University Malaya.
